FAQ
Ordering & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive within 2–4 working days via standard delivery. If you need your products in a hurry, we offer an express option at checkout — because nobody wants to stare at a dirty car any longer than they have to.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Spend over £60 and standard delivery is on us. No promo codes needed — it's applied automatically at checkout. Stock up, save on shipping, and treat your car to the full works.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we ship within the UK only. We're working on expanding internationally, so keep an eye on our socials and sign up to the mailing list for updates — we'll shout about it when the time comes.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can keep tabs on it every step of the way. If you haven't received anything within 24 hours of ordering, check your spam folder first — then drop us a message and we'll sort it out.
What if my order arrives damaged?
That's the last thing we want. If anything turns up damaged, take a photo of the packaging and the product and get in touch with us at hello@juicy-details.co.uk. We'll get a replacement sorted for you straight away — no hassle, no faff.
Products
Are your products safe on all paint types, including wrapped and matte finishes?
Most of our products are — but not all of them, so it's worth paying attention to the labels. Products like Matte Bathe are specifically formulated for matte and satin finishes and wrapped vehicles. Our Gloss Bathe and some of our dressings are designed for gloss paint. Where a product isn't suitable for matte or wrapped surfaces, we say so clearly on the label and product page. When in doubt, drop us a message and we'll point you in the right direction.
Do I need a foam cannon to use your snow foam?
No — a foam cannon or snow foam lance definitely gives you the thick, clingy blanket of foam that makes pre-washing so satisfying, but it's not essential. You can apply snow foam by hand using a wash mitt or sponge, though you'll get less dwell time and coverage than with a pressure washer setup. For the best results, we'd recommend a lance, but it'll still do a solid job without one.
What's the difference between Gloss Bathe and Matte Bathe shampoo?
Both are car shampoos — but they're formulated for different surfaces. Gloss Bathe is built for gloss-finish paintwork, adding a touch of slickness and shine with every wash. Matte Bathe strips out the gloss agents entirely, making it safe to use on matte, satin, and wrapped vehicles where a shiny finish is very much not the vibe. If your car has a standard gloss finish, go for Gloss Bathe. If it's matte, satin, or wrapped, Matte Bathe is your one.
What is Bleeding Iron and what does it do?
Bleeding Iron is an iron fallout remover — it's one of the most satisfying products in the range once you see it in action. Iron particles from brake dust and environmental contamination embed themselves into your paintwork and wheels over time, and regular washing won't shift them. Bleeding Iron reacts chemically with those particles, turning them a deep red-purple colour (that's the "bleeding" part), then you rinse them away. Use it on paintwork, wheels, and glass. Your car will thank you for it.
How do I use Ceramic Snow Foam?
Ceramic Snow Foam is used as part of your pre-wash routine. Dilute it in your snow foam lance bottle (we recommend a 1:10 ratio as a starting point, though you can tweak this to preference), apply it to a dry vehicle, leave it to dwell for 3–5 minutes, then rinse off before contact washing. The ceramic element leaves behind a light protective layer after rinsing, adding a bit of water-beading gloss with every wash. Don't let it dry on the paintwork — rinse before it does.
How long do your products last once opened?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 18–24 months once opened, as long as they're stored correctly — out of direct sunlight, away from extreme temperatures, and with the lid properly sealed. Some chemical products like iron removers are best used fresh once diluted. Check the individual product labels for specific guidance.
Are your products suitable for beginners?
100%. We're big on making car care accessible. The product range is designed to be easy to use whether you're new to detailing or knee-deep in it. Product pages include full usage guides, and if you're ever unsure about what to buy or how to use something, just get in touch — we're always happy to help point you in the right direction.
Returns & Customer Service
What's your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. If a product has been opened and used, we can't accept it back as a return — but if there's a fault or an issue with what you've received, we'll always make it right. Get in touch at hello@juicy-details.co.uk with your order number and we'll take it from there.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes — if you've ordered the wrong product or changed your mind before opening it, we can sort an exchange within 30 days. Just contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the process and make sure the swap goes smoothly. You'll cover the return postage, and we'll get the right product out to you.
How do I get in touch?
The easiest way is via email at hello@juicy-details.co.uk. You can also reach us through our social channels — we're most active on Instagram. We aim to reply to all messages within one working day. Please don't send multiple messages on the same issue; it only slows things down. One message and we'll be right with you.

Who are Juicy Details?
Juicy Details is a UK car cleaning and detailing brand built by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts. We're part of the wider Juicy family — a brand that lives and breathes car culture, from detailing to car shows. Everything we make is developed to perform, not just to look good on a shelf. We use the products ourselves, which means you're not getting generic off-the-shelf stuff rebranded with a fancy label — it's all tested and refined on real cars by people who genuinely care about the result.
Are you a UK brand?
Yes — proudly. Juicy Details is a UK-based brand, born out of a genuine passion for the UK car scene. We stock in the UK, ship from the UK, and we're out there on the ground at car shows and events throughout the year.
Do you sell at car shows?
We do! You'll find the Juicy Details stall out at car shows across the UK alongside Juicy Sweets and Juicy Car Care. It's always a good chance to grab products in person, see the range up close, and have a chat. Keep an eye on our Instagram for show dates and locations — we post them ahead of each event.
