Orders and Shipping
I’m a one man-band that tries to get everyrthing out as soon as possible. If you haven’t recieved your order in 1 working week then please do get in contact (if you haven’t been already notified) as something is wrong.
Really simple, just click go through your order and it will ask if you would like to sertup an account for future orders. This will enable you to look up all of your prvious orders and get points. Points will get you money off future orders.
When logging into your account you will have the option of changing addresses. If it’s for an order that has already gone out then you will recieve a text message or email from DHL.. You can get in contact with them to change the address at that point.
We use DHL for shipping. Please do make sure that you leave a mobile number as they will message you and give you a time slot for deliveries.
There is an option for storing a card for future orders. This is completely secure and safe… I don’t get to see those details at all. Our SLL secure certificate is the best in the UK.
We charge the UK 20% VAT.
If you are out of the UK then please do email me at [email protected] as after Brexit its become a bit of a nightmare. Let’s get you a delivery estimate.
Completely depends on what tyou have bought. 99 out of 100 order will come in one package. If you place a big order but you add in a drop shipped Tee then no, the T-shirt will follow.
